Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership across media, marketing services or management consulting.
• Experience designing operating models and delivering enterprise-wide solutions.
• Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the client operations discipline across North America media agencies.
• Define operating standards, workflows, and QA protocols for planning, activation and reporting.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives to accelerate delivery and improve client outcomes.
