Job summary

You will translate priorities into execution, align across IT, manufacturing, and analytics, and build a high‑impact data team. Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Data Science, IT, or CS with 10 years of experience.
• MS with 8 years of experience preferred.
• Leadership in pharmaceutical manufacturing or data science in regulated settings.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and data analytics tech.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of data and analytics priorities across SM S&T with measurable impact.
• Translate data strategy into actionable plans, milestones, and value metrics.
• Partner with SM S&T leadership, IT, MPI, and site teams to align priorities.
• Lead data engineering initiatives to build robust data pipelines and data quality.
• Enable scientists and engineers to access data for process monitoring and lifecycle management.
• Advance adoption of Proactive Process Monitoring and Manufacturing Process Intelligence.
