Qualificações

• Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience driving consumer experience (CX), digital enablement or technology product rollout strategies within a complex, highly matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated track record of large-scale change management and cross-functional project leadership across clinical operations, IT and executive teams.

Responsabilidades

• Champion the consumer voice across all digital touchpoints, translating feedback into intuitive technology solutions.
• Lead the systemwide rollout of digital experience platforms with clinical, operations and technology partners.
• Guide cross-functional development teams with data-driven insights to prioritize features that improve patient satisfaction and frontline workflows.
• Build alignment among national and local executives to deliver a unified consumer experience.
• Drive change management and governance strategies to mitigate risks and keep large initiatives on schedule.
