Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Director, Special Projects to lead a construction-focused data center portfolio across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. You will drive strategy, governance, and executive reporting while coordinating with Construction, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Safety, and Security to deliver high-impact remediation and capacity improvements.

You will shape playbooks, standards, and repeatable delivery while developing leaders and ensuring safety, outages, and operational

Qualifications

15+ years in construction or data center delivery leadership.
7+ years of people leadership in large teams.
Experience managing large, complex portfolios in critical environments.
Strong governance, reporting, and change-management skills.
Ability to lead through ambiguity and align executives around priorities.

Responsibilities

Set strategy and governance for the Special Projects portfolio across sites or global programs.
Lead remediation, retrofits, and capacity upgrades within live data centers.
Own portfolio prioritization, staffing, budget alignment, and risk governance.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align scope with operational needs.
Ensure safety, outage planning, and operational readiness in all projects.
Develop dashboards, playbooks, and repeatable delivery standards.
Build leaders and cross-functional execution across teams.
