Job summary

Vantage Data Centers Management Company LLC is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager based onsite in Port Washington, WI (WI1). You will administer complex construction contracts, manage change orders, and coordinate with Legal, Procurement, and Customer teams to protect contractual interests and enable timely project delivery.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in construction contract management for large-scale, hyperscale or data center projects, with proficiency in Procore, Excel, Power BI,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Law, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Experience with large-scale data-center contracts and complex procurement.
• Proficiency with Procore, Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and contract-management software.

Responsibilities

• Administer all project-related contracts (GCAs, MSAs, SPAs, supplier, and utility contracts).
• Lead project change management, evaluate change orders for entitlement and compliance.
• Identify risks, maintain issues/claims registers, support dispute resolution with Legal.
