We’re working with a fast-scaling, vertically integrated eCommerce company that’s redefining how physical products get made and sold. With full control over manufacturing and distribution, they’re now looking to level up their data capabilities — and that starts with a VP of Data & Analytics.

If you’ve built a modern data stack before and want to apply it across b2c manufacturing, supply chain, product, and growth — this is your chance to build a data function from zero to one in a business that’s already humming.

THE ROLE

As VP of Data & Analytics, you’ll report directly to the exec team and lead all things data — from infrastructure and modeling to predictive analytics and digitizing factory operations. You’ll partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and supply chain leaders, and play a key role in integrating a new ERP system.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build the company’s entire data stack — warehouse, pipelines, modeling layer (think: DBT, Postgres, AWS, Omni)
• Develop analytics and dashboards across every part of the business: manufacturing, operations, marketing, and more
• Lead predictive modeling for production planning, forecasting, and demand signals
• Digitize factory ops — think machine APIs, IoT data, ERP integration
• Scale the data team over time: analysts, engineers, data scientists

YOUR SKILLSET

You’re hands-on, strategic, and know what great data infrastructure looks like. You’re also comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments — especially those where operations and product are deeply intertwined.

Must-haves:

• History of building data platforms or teams from scratch
• Background in b2c manufacturing, eCommerce, or consumer brands
• Experience with the modern data stack (DBT, Postgres, AWS, etc.)

Nice-to-haves:

• Exposure to in-house manufacturing or ERP implementations
• Familiarity with factory data (machine events, IoT, APIs)
• Some leadership or people management experience
