Wipro Limited is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Cyber Advisory, Risk and Compliance practice in New York/New Jersey. You will engage C‑suite stakeholders, shape multi-year transformation programs, and drive enterprise risk and regulatory compliance across global clients.

The role requires deep governance, risk, and compliance expertise, with responsibility for strategy, go‑to‑market, delivery governance, and client outcomes across platforms such as ServiceNow and Archer.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive cybersecurity, risk, or technology consulting with senior leadership.
• Experience leading Cyber Advisory, Risk, and Compliance portfolios in global contexts.
• Ability to advise C-suite and translate cyber risk into business terms.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior stakeholders on cyber strategy, operating models and board reporting to align risk with business.
• Lead enterprise risk, policy, controls, third-party risk, resilience and continuity programs.
• Guide clients on governance and compliance with frameworks like GDPR, PCI DSS, SOX, NIST CSF.
• Design continuous compliance, automated testing, and risk analytics across platforms like ServiceNow/Archer.
• Lead cyber domain leadership across cloud security, IAM, data protection, and threat management.
• Shape transformations with GRC platforms and ensure scalable platform adoption.
