Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Senior Manager/Director of Customer Planning to support Brawny. This role partners with sales, brand marketing and supply chain to drive long‑term value and align category strategies with customer needs.

You will lead retail customer strategy development, collaborate across functions, and guide price strategy and annual planning to optimize performance in the marketplace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Sales, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing/Product Management, Supply Chain, or Finance experience within a CPG and/or retail company.
• Experience with MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with field sales leadership to understand customer strategies and priorities.
• Create short‑term (12–18 month) and holistic customer plans to position Georgia-Pacific to win in the marketplace.
• Proactively manage the execution of price strategy across channels and customers.
• Provide financial thought leadership, marginal analysis, and investment evaluation across customers.
• Lead annual account planning and align with leadership on volume and price goals.
• Support brand initiatives by providing a sales/customer viewpoint and tracking results.
• Manage total customer demand through Sales and Operations Planning engagement.
• Offer market pricing and competitive insights to category and capability teams.
