Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking a senior leader to oversee a team of subject matter experts across paper-making operations in North American packaging and cellulose facilities. The role is home-based and requires regular domestic travel; relocation is not required unless living far away.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in manufacturing roles supporting paper making operations.
• Minimum 10 years leading, mentoring and communicating in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to travel up to 60% (including weekends and holidays).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of subject matter experts across paper-making processes.
• Build relationships with site personnel and leadership to drive talent capability.
• Execute process assessments and close gaps with site teams.
• Support investment strategy development across packaging and cellulose sites.
• Leverage data analytics and remote process engineering to accelerate improvements.
