You will build executive-level relationships, drive ongoing improvement, mentor teams and ensure safety and operational targets are met. A strong track record in logistics, multi-site management and lean initiatives is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or related field or an additional two related experience required.
• Ten (10) years or more logistics/supply chain experience in multiple locations required.
• Five (5) years or more P&L responsibility including forecasting and managing financial targets required.
• Six (6) years or more managing large multi-level teams required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with senior management and be the key decision maker.
• Represent Ryder in customer meetings to drive retention and growth.
• Support sales by participating in business development opportunities.
• Forecast, plan and manage locations to meet financial targets.
• Mentor and develop direct reports and management team.
