• 10+ years in performance marketing, media buying, growth, or distribution strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing analytics or closely related field.
• Strong leadership with cross-functional team experience.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Experience managing large-scale budgets with efficiency.
• Proven end-to-end project ownership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop Distribution Strategies: craft social media amplification strategies meeting audience and performance goals across channels.
• Vendor Management: lead negotiations across creators, platforms, and paid media for favorable economics.
• Creator Marketing Activations: own end-to-end development and optimization of creator-driven campaigns.
• Content & Distribution Strategy: oversee UGC pipelines, paid media amplification, clipping accounts, and other methods.
