Job summary

Palette Media is seeking a Senior Director of Distribution to lead how brands break through in a fragmented social landscape. This role sits at the center of creator marketing, content creation, and paid amplification—owning the strategy and execution behind how campaigns are distributed, scaled, and optimized for performance.

You’ll be responsible for building and evolving innovative distribution frameworks that maximize reach, efficiency, and measurable impact across platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, growth, or distribution strategy.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing large budgets and optimizing efficiency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop distribution strategies and maximize reach across channels.
• Lead vendor negotiations and build long-term partnerships.
• Own creator activations and optimize campaigns for performance.
• Oversee UGC pipelines, paid media, clipping networks, and meme ecosystems.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team and drive accountability.
• Build industry relationships and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Identify new service offerings and support GTM strategies.
