Job summary

Fanatics Sports seeks a Director, Social Growth to own the flywheel connecting creator and organic content to paid amplification for Fanatics Sports & Casino. You will manage the creator program, clipping/production, and the boosting layer, backed by a rigorous measurement practice to prove impact.

You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee end-to-end content amplification, and partner with platform strategy to align with brand voice.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years across creator/influencer marketing, paid social, or performance-driven content growth.
• Direct experience running a paid + organic growth flywheel: knowing when to boost, what to clip, and how to read the data connecting the two.
• Fluency in measurement and analytics: comfortable owning a scoreboard (reach, engagement, CPM, share of voice) and defending it to both creative and commercial stakeholders.
• Experience managing UGC or clipped content production, including sourcing, format standards, and turnaround expectations.
• Direct experience negotiating creator/talent contracts, usage rights, and exclusivity terms.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end flywheel: organic and creator content performance feeds boosting decisions, and boosting data feeds back into what gets produced next.
• Run boosting across owned, creator, and aggregate accounts, prioritizing spend against content already showing organic traction.
• Set and manage the paid boosting budget, forecasting spend against content calendar and moment-driven opportunities.
• Own production of clipped and UGC-style creative: sourcing, cutting, and packaging long-form and creator content into distributable short-form assets.
• Set the clipping pipeline and production standards to keep pace with real-time content opportunities.
• Own UGC creative production end to end: briefs, sourcing, and quality standards for user-generated and creator-style content.
• Own the creator roster architecture across different tiers, mapped to Fanatics Sports & Casino and Fanatics App brand mandates.
• Set the threshold and criteria for which creator and clipped content qualifies for paid amplification support.
• Own the measurement practice for the full flywheel: reach, non-follower reach, engagement, share of voice, and CPM efficiency against benchmark.
