Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an experienced Senior Director to join our Consulting Practice in Chicago. You will shape strategy and transformation programs, grow our advisory services, and lead high-level client engagements with senior stakeholders across the Americas.

In this role you will develop executable strategies, build strong client relationships, and contribute to thought leadership and market positioning.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in real estate advisory.
• Proven track record in sales strategy and business development.
• Executive presence and experience with senior clients at global organizations.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Represent Consulting in sales pursuits to provide transformative CRE solutions.
• Create account plans and sales strategies within the Americas region.
• Represent JLL Consulting services in media appearances, industry events, and public relations activities.
• Drive knowledge sharing and best practices within the CRE community.
