Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a Project Management Director to lead the US/global project management account for a key strategic client. You will guide a cross‑functional team through complex interior fit‑outs, capital improvements and ground‑up construction while maintaining client relationships and delivering value.

The role demands proactive leadership, deep experience managing large programs, and the ability to drive strategy, KPIs, and risk management across dispersed teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct experience as a real estate project management leader.
• Proactive thinker and leader.
• Experience leading others within a corporate environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with executive-level external and internal clients, as well as external team members.
• Travel expectations: 20% to 40%.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional full-service project management for the client across their national portfolio.
• Grow & manage key client and account relationships; manage conflicts to amicable resolution.
• Achieve required KPIs while meeting/exceeding high standards for delivery & communication.
• Assist client in developing a project delivery strategy linked to their current business objectives.
