You will drive continuous improvement through process optimization, technology enhancements, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to improve client experience and operational excellence. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of delivering results in a complex contract environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of contract administration and leadership experience.
• Strong data integrity, pricing operations and process improvement skills.
• Experience implementing automation and reporting solutions.
• Ability to influence across functions and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract data management, pricing, amendments, extensions and updates.
• Ensure accuracy and accessibility of contract information for clients and business needs.
• Establish quality controls, service standards, metrics and processes.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Legal, Technology and leaders to resolve issues.
• Drive automation, reporting enhancements and technology solutions.
• Lead workload prioritization, resource planning and SLA performance.
• Develop and coach team members through performance management.
• Develop operational strategies for scalability and continuous improvement.
• Present performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
