Qualifications

• Degree preferred: Business, Supply Chain, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Clinical, Healthcare, Lab, Pharmacy or medical products/devices.
• Expertise in drafting, redlining, and negotiating complex terms and conditions.
• Proven ability to lead complex sourcing initiatives.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation of contract terms and structure solutions meeting client needs.
• Partner with Legal to draft, refine, and validate contract language for accuracy and risk.
• Manage the full sourcing lifecycle from opportunity assessment to implementation.
• Develop sourcing strategies based on spend analysis and market trends.
• Identify and propose cost-savings initiatives grounded in financial analysis.
• Oversee contract maintenance, amendments, renewals, and performance monitoring.
• Use contracting platforms to support workflow efficiency and savings tracking.
• Present updates and recommendations to clients and internal leadership.
• Build and maintain partnerships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
