Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Director of AI Communications to shape and advance how AI is communicated across the enterprise. The role reports to the Executive Director, Corporate Function and Digital Strategy Communications, partnering with BI&T and enterprise teams to ensure clear, credible AI messaging.

The Director will elevate BMS’s AI platform, develop stories, and collaborate with Media Relations to position the company as a leader in responsible AI usage.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate/technology communications and thought leadership.
• Ability to translate complex AI/tech topics into clear narratives for internal and external audiences.
• Strong writing, editing and messaging discipline with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Shape and activate enterprise AI narrative aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with BI&T and enterprise teams to translate AI strategy into messaging.
• Drive consistency of AI messaging across Corporate Communications and functions.
