Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Director of Construction Management to lead and develop a team of Project Managers delivering PM services on major projects and programs. You will ensure service excellence, grow the PM offering, engage clients, and expand market outreach.

The successful candidate will be a driven leader with strong interpersonal skills and a track record of delivering high-value projects in a consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project management team to deliver on accountabilities.
• Oversee client communications and PM services.
• Produce thought leadership reports on construction market.
• Set strategy and manage resources, finance, and business generation.
• Develop talent, promote learning, and manage knowledge databases.
• Drive process improvements and ensure ISO quality compliance.
• Coordinate audits and prepare proposals/RFPs for new work.
• Build client pipeline and cross-sell opportunities.
• Support recruitment and mentorship within the team.
