Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• 2+ years managing large high performing multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful project management service delivery for clients.
• Major construction sector experience across commercial real estate, data centers, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, natural resources, etc.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications with the client and oversight of project management team services.
• Lead research related to construction market conditions, including analysis of official published data.
• Produce thought leadership reports providing valuable insights to the construction market.
• Strategic and operational management of Project Management Services including resource planning and financial management.
• Drive business growth, client engagement and market outreach.
• Develop priority plans with risk mitigation, KPIs and performance metrics.
• Mentor and develop staff, promote a learning, respectful and inclusive culture.
