You will manage a team of compensation professionals, guide job evaluations, pricing, and governance, and drive data‑driven decisions with HR, Finance, and business leaders.

The role emphasizes policy consistency and market competitiveness while maintaining internal equity. The in‑office position requires Miami/Fort Lauderdale area residency with strong Excel/PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles and salary administration.
• Analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to lead and develop team members with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration and execution of annual and cyclical compensation programs.
• Lead and coach a team of compensation professionals.
• Provide guidance on job evaluations, market pricing, and compensation recommendations.
• Develop and deliver analyses, dashboards, and financial modeling for decision-making.
• Lead compensation projects, process improvements, and system implementations.
• Participate in compensation surveys and maintain salary structures.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations.
