Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (HR, business, finance, economics, statistics).
• 5+ years in corporate compensation, total rewards, or related analytics/advisory.
• Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with base pay, market pricing, job evaluation, or pay equity governance.

• Develop, implement, and maintain compensation frameworks, salary structures, and market pricing aligned to business priorities.
• Structure base pay practices, incentives, and governance with clear modeling and discipline.
• Conduct job evaluations, leveling and architecture activities to ensure consistency.
