Qualifications

• Consult on compensation matters for domestic and international job offers, promotions, and off-cycle requests.
• Drive advanced compensation analytics, salary surveys, and pay equity reviews.
• Own position management within HRIS including positions, headcount, job codes, and reporting structures.
