Job summary

Impiricus is seeking a Senior Director of Commercial Operations to design, test, and scale go-to-market motions across the commercial organization. You will partner with the VP of Commercial Operations to identify opportunities, run proofs of concept, develop playbooks, and drive change management necessary for adoption across Sales and CS.

You bring 10+ years in high-growth environments, consultant-level thinking, and hands-on instincts to build from scratch under pressure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in high-growth environments with hands-on leadership.
• 5+ years of commercialization experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices preferred.
• Experience deploying AI-enabled workflows and KPI-driven programs.
• Strong communication and executive presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and scale go-to-market motions across the commercial org.
• Lead evidence-based playbooks, proofs of concept, and change management.
• Own hubspot hygiene and pipeline review discipline with sales leadership.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and drive adoption of best practices.
• Develop and implement a commercial compensation design with finance and people ops.
• Lead high-touch outreach programs and senior leadership engagement initiatives.
