Job summary

Karius is seeking a strategic Director of Commercial Operations to own sales systems, processes, and analytics that drive revenue growth. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance to optimize forecasting, pipeline analytics, and capitalization of cross-sell opportunities.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead a team and manage the commercial technology stack, ensuring scalable infrastructure and data integrity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years in commercial/sales operations or similar, with 4+ years in people management.
• Proven track record scaling sales ops infrastructure (CRM, automation, forecasting).
• Strong forecast lifecycle expertise and executive-level partnership.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and architecture for sales operations and analytics.
• Build and lead a high-performing commercial operations team.
• Establish and govern sales goals, KPIs, and performance reporting.
• Own end-to-end sales forecasting and pipeline analysis.
• Design and govern sales compensation structures and incentive programs.
• Oversee vendor strategy and budget for the commercial tech stack.
• Lead change management for new tools and processes.
• Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities and drive scalable processes.
• Ensure data integrity across CRM and other systems.
• Develop training programs to standardize tool usage.
• Coordinate between Sales, Marketing, and Finance on initiatives.
• Translate data into strategic insights for revenue growth.
