Job summary

Impiricus is seeking a Business Intelligence & Insights Lead to own and drive high-impact analytics initiatives across the organization. This role blends strong technical skills with business acumen to proactively identify insights and partner with stakeholders to solve problems.

The ideal candidate will manage BI dashboards, work with SQL on large datasets, and collaborate with data engineering for robust reporting infrastructure. Remote-friendly with a strong emphasis on business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related role.
• Bachelor's degree, STEM field preferred.
• Strong SQL skills with large datasets.
• Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sigma.
• Experience with Snowflake, Postgres, or another modern cloud data warehouse.
• Advanced experience with AI-powered tools and automation in analytics/workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of BI dashboards from requirements to implementation and optimization.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate objectives into analytical solutions.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets.
• Validate data and ensure reporting accuracy and reliability.
• Lead ad hoc analytical projects for business leaders.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to define data requirements and improve reporting.
• Support the Commercial Analytics team with datasets and analysis for client initiatives.
• Independently manage analytical workstreams from inception to delivery.
