Job summary

Impiricus seeks a Senior Director, Commercial Operations to design, test, and scale go-to-market motions across the commercial org. You’ll partner with the VP to build playbooks, run proofs of concept, and drive change management, adoption, and alignment across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance.

Expect hands-on work with HubSpot, Asana, and AI-powered workflows to lift productivity and visibility. You bring 10+ years in high-growth environments, a consultant’s rigor, and the ability to build

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in high-growth environments or equivalent
• 5+ years of commercialization experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices preferred
• Proven ability to operate as a solo initiative driver from whiteboard to scaled playbook
• Hands-on track record deploying AI agents and LLM workflows in commercial/ops
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with board-ready material

Responsibilities

• Own and run core commercial meetings and ensure decisions are tracked
• Drive HubSpot hygiene and pipeline review discipline with sales leadership
• Establish Asana as the system of record for commercial projects
• Manage dependencies across Marketing, Operations, Client Services, Finance, Compliance
• Lead the Center of Excellence for commercial best practices and enablement
• Design and run experiments across the commercial funnel before scaling
• Develop playbooks translating pilots into repeatable processes
• Lead change management for new tools, processes, and motions
• Oversee end-to-end commercial motions including senior leadership engagement
• Lead evaluation and adoption of sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, BANT)
• Partner with VP of Commercial Operations to align on priorities
• Deploy AI-powered workflows to improve productivity and visibility
• Stay ahead of AI tooling landscape and build a POV
