• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA/PhD preferred.
• 4+ years of strategy management consulting experience from a top-tier firm.
• Minimum of 5+ years of biopharmaceutical experience including US/Global marketing and asset launches.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support development of enterprise-critical commercial initiatives in collaboration with commercial executive leaders.
• Partner in implementing cross-divisional commercial priorities requiring strategic thought-partnership.
• Develop and apply strategic frameworks to lay out options and drive final recommendations.
• Bring outside-in perspectives and insights to inform commercial leadership decisions and portfolio strategy.
• Collaborate with commercial leaders on launch planning and excellence, providing strategic thought-partnership across units.
• Manage direct and indirect internal and external teams dedicated to programs.
