The ideal candidate has strategic consulting experience, broad pharma expertise, and strong market access with analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of strategy management consulting from a top-tier firm (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, L.E.K., ZS, Kearney).
• Minimum 5+ years of biopharmaceutical experience across diverse roles of increasing responsibility, including US/global marketing and asset launches.
• Use existing or develop novel strategic frameworks to lay out potential options, evaluate implications and drive to a final recommendation.
• High business acumen distilling complex commercial problems into structured framing and actionable recommendations.
• Analytical expertise and external landscape knowledge to build data-driven insights for therapeutic/disease area strategy.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support development of enterprise-critical commercial initiatives with senior commercial leaders.
• Partner in implementing commercial priorities requiring cross-divisional collaboration and strategic negotiation.
• Utilize strategic frameworks to evaluate options and drive final recommendations.
• Bring outside-in perspectives; introduce new ideas and priorities to commercial leadership.
• Collaborate on launch planning, market access, and portfolio strategy with cross-divisional leaders.
• Provide strategic thought-partnership on market and competitive perspectives informing therapeutic areas.
• Directly and indirectly manage internal and external associates dedicated to programs.
• Foster thriving, psychologically safe engagements, leading without authority to drive novel perspectives.
