• Minimum 5+ years biopharmaceutical experience incl. US/Global marketing & asset launches.
• Use strategic frameworks to evaluate options and drive final recommendations.
• High business acumen; structure complex problems into actionable insights.
• Strong data-driven insights and market assessment experience.
• Influence in a highly matrixed organization with empathy and collaboration.
• Thrives in ambiguity; leads cross-functional initiatives with impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support development of enterprise critical commercial initiatives with executive leaders.
