Job summary

TalentAlly is seeking a Director of Commercial Strategy Development to lead enterprise-critical commercial initiatives. You will partner with senior leaders to socialize and refine strategies, using strategic frameworks to evaluate options and drive value creation.

The role requires strong consulting experience and deep biopharmaceutical market insight. The position reports to the Executive Director, Commercial Strategy, and is located in Rahway, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PhD preferred.
• 4+ years of strategy management consulting experience from a top-tier firm.
• Minimum of 5+ years in biopharmaceutical experience across roles including US/Global marketing and asset launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support development of enterprise-critical commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to socialize and refine initiatives.
• Develop and apply strategic frameworks to evaluate options and drive final recommendations.
• Provide market and competitive perspectives to inform portfolio strategy.
