Padagis is seeking an Associate Director of Commercial Pricing to lead pricing strategies for a broad generic portfolio. The role emphasizes competitive pricing, market analysis, and revenue optimization in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will bring 8–10 years in pricing/finance with 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, strong Excel and analytics skills, and the ability to influence across departments to drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 8–10 years pricing/finance experience; 5+ years in pharma.
• Proven track record in developing pricing strategies and achieving revenue objectives.
• Knowledge of generic pricing models and external/internal price points (AWP, WAC, contracts).
• Pharma market knowledge including payer landscape and channel dynamics.
• Advanced Excel, pricing tools, and analytics software.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to develop and implement long-term pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Pricing Strategy Development: Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies for the company’s product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor market dynamics and pricing behaviors to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Revenue Optimization: Lead pricing initiatives to enhance profitability while balancing customer satisfaction and growth.
• Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Partner with Sales and Marketing to design promotional pricing structures and discounts.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics to establish pricing forecasts and guide business decisions.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure pricing activities adhere to regulatory standards within the generic pharma industry.
