Reeves Young is seeking a Director of Preconstruction - Commercial in Nashville, TN. This senior leadership role supports the Senior Preconstruction Managers, guiding strategic planning and risk mitigation for complex commercial projects.

You will supervise the preconstruction team, review critical documents, and mentor staff while coordinating with estimating, design, and operations to drive on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience in commercial preconstruction required.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Strong expertise in constructability reviews, value analysis and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

Lead, train and supervise the work of the Senior Preconstruction Managers and the broader team.
Provide senior guidance for go/no-go decisions and risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure accuracy and effectiveness of the preconstruction department through oversight and coaching.
