Job summary

vnbcareers seeks an experienced executive to lead the commercial loan servicing portfolio in New Jersey. You will ensure regulatory compliance, strong risk management, and superior client service while driving continuous improvement across operations.

You will mentor managers, collaborate with executive stakeholders, and manage third-party relationships. Strong knowledge of loan documentation, syndications, and specialty lending is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 7 years of Commercial Loan operations & servicing with strong managerial experience.
• Experience with loan documentation and servicing system implementations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the commercial loan servicing portfolio.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop business strategies and growth initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop managers and team members for high performance.
• Establish and analyze KPIs to drive performance and data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate to implement process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships and contract administration.
• Direct collateral management, loan documentation, and file room operations.
• Lead portfolio acquisitions, M&A integrations, and servicing conversions.
