Job summary

VNB Careers is seeking a senior leader to oversee a residential mortgage servicing portfolio exceeding $8 billion. The role partners with senior leadership to drive strategy, growth, and scalability while building a high-performing, customer-focused team.

You will guide servicing managers, set KPIs, and collaborate with technology to deliver process improvements, strengthen controls, and enhance customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field with 7+ years in Mortgage Servicing and management.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing, GSE guidelines, and federal regulations.
• Experience leading servicing system conversions and implementations.
• Proficient in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for a residential mortgage servicing portfolio over $8B.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute business line strategies.
• Lead and develop servicing managers and associates to foster a customer-focused culture.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to drive performance and informed decisions.
• Collaborate with tech to implement process improvements and system enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, investor requirements, and agency guidelines.
• Coordinate internal audits, regulatory examinations, and remediation efforts.
• Oversee third-party vendor relationships and contracts.
• Partner with ERM and Compliance to identify and mitigate risks.
• Support growth initiatives including acquisitions and M&A integrations.
