Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
• Active Property & Casualty license and CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• Experience with workflow standardization, process improvement, and M&A integration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Divisional and Regional Leadership to develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Establish and promote standardized Commercial Lines workflows, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives focused on increasing productivity and reducing variation.
• Evaluate operational issues, identify underlying causes, and implement corrective actions for sustainable improvements.
• Analyze staffing models and capacity to develop plans supporting growth and excellence.
• Ensure efficient resource utilization and alignment with organizational goals.
