Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to serve as a national subject matter expert in Commercial P&C and agency operations. You will partner with divisional leadership to standardize workflows, drive processes, and support M&A integration while delivering excellent client service and shareholder value.

The role focuses on scalable operations, workforce planning, and best practices across the national footprint, with remote/hybrid considerations and a strong emphasis

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process improvements.
• Experience supporting mergers & acquisitions and operational integration.
• Excellent communication and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to strengthen Commercial Lines operations, service delivery, and performance.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable, efficient solutions.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity and consistency.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Plan workforce capacity to support growth and operations.
• Collaborate with Managed Services to align with goals.
• Serve as a national Commercial P&C subject matter expert.
