Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into clear, actionable roadmaps aligned to business goals
• Drive cross-functional transformation by enabling AI, automation, and digital capabilities across Nestlé USA
• Coordinate digital transformation initiatives with alignment, momentum, risks, dependencies, and issues resolution
• Develop executive-ready materials with narratives, updates, and strategic recommendations
• Partner across functions to embed digital strategy into processes and prioritization
• Define and track success metrics for strategic initiatives and provide insights for leadership decisions

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Information Technology, or related field

Master’s or advanced degree in business, technology, or related field (preferred)
