Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, or life sciences field; advanced degree a plus.
• 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial data management, commercial operations, or analytics, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience building a commercial data warehouse on cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
• Experience integrating syndicated data (IQVIA, payer data, formulary data) and de novo data sources.
• Proven vendor management and ability to partner with IT, Legal, Compliance, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own design, build, operations, and evolution of the commercial data warehouse on cloud tech (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/Azure).
• Define data architecture standards and reconcile numbers across BI, incentives, and reporting.
• Lead semantic layer governance and conforming dimensions to enable AI-enabled analytics.
• Develop and maintain data operations roadmap across commercial and medical data domains.
• Lead data governance, compliance, and privacy in collaboration with Legal and Compliance.
