Mondelēz International is seeking a Director, Commercial Data Strategy to own and advance the company’s commercial data agenda across Sales, Insights & Analytics, CX, and related functions. You will align data assets, vendor relationships, and governance to enable data-driven growth across the organization.

Competenze
- 10+ years in data strategy, data management, commercial analytics or related field in CPG/FMCG.
- Deep Nielsen/NielsenIQ expertise with hands-on across Circana/IRI, Kantar and retailer data.
- Proven track record building and executing enterprise data strategies across functions and geographies.
- Strong experience in vendor/contract management for commercial data assets.
Mansioni
- Define and maintain a multi-year commercial data strategy aligned to Sales, I&A, CX, and enterprise priorities.
- Evaluate data ecosystem end-to-end and recommend the optimal portfolio of data assets.
- Identify gaps and build a roadmap to close them.
- Serve as internal authority on commercial data and data governance.
- Partner with Digital Services to build AI-ready data platforms.
- Own vendor relationships, RFPs, renewals, and performance management.
