Job summary

You’ll lead a team and collaborate with global partners, ensuring data integrity, security, regulatory compliance, and a forward-looking technology strategy for CRM, marketing automation, data warehouses, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 10–12 years of IT experience, with pharma commercial leadership.
• Hands‑on experience delivering Commercial system implementations, configurations, integrations, and data mapping.
• Proven experience managing IT teams and delivering projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into IT solutions with clear tradeoffs to guide investments.
• Establish intake, prioritization, and governance with stakeholders and report status in business terms.
• Direct the technical work: data architecture, system integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Own the technical integrity, including architecture, data quality, security, and compliance.
