EPM Scientific is seeking a Senior Director of Data Operations & Enablement to lead the commercial data ecosystem across the organization in the Greater Philadelphia area or Boston. This role will oversee data reliability, governance, integration, and scalable architectures to support commercial decision-making.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Data Operations, Data Engineering, Commercial Data, or related leadership in pharma/biotech.
• Proven experience building and leading high-performing data teams.
• Expertise in data integration, quality, governance, and master data management.
• Experience with Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial datasets and BI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercial data operation ensuring reliable and timely data delivery.
• Oversee integration of key commercial data sources: claims, specialty pharmacy, HUB, CRM, access, and syndicated data.
• Drive data quality, governance, MDM, and cloud-based data architecture initiatives.
• Own BI platforms and self-service reporting across Commercial.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary team spanning data engineering, operations, and analytics enablement.
• Partner with Commercial, IT, and executive leadership to modernize and scale data capabilities.
