Job summary

PharmaEssentia USA seeks a Senior Director of Global Data & AI Enablement to lead a new function that builds master data, data infrastructure, and AI/ML capabilities for Commercial. The role collaborates across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, IT, and affiliates to ensure trusted data and evidence-based investments drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; technical degree preferred
• 12+ years in data, analytics, or technical leadership in biotech, pharma, or healthcare
• Experience building or leading master data management, governance, and data infrastructure programs
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL and building/predicting ML models
• Experience designing controlled commercial experiments and defending results to leadership
• Experience partnering with commercial functions to translate data infrastructure into activation-ready capability
• Experience owning external data or analytics vendor relationships

Responsibilities

• Own the measurement architecture linking commercial investment to revenue
• Own patient-finding and patient-persistence analytics and allocate resources with confidence
• Establish and maintain customer-level master data as the single source of truth
• Define data governance standards and onboard new data sources/vendors
• Apply AI to support data automation and governance at scale
• Transform data into alerts and actionable intelligence for field/digital platforms
• Build predictive ML models aligned with business priorities
• Serve as SME for AI/advanced analytics and validate readiness for business adoption
