Evolv Technology is seeking a senior legal leader to direct our commercial transactions and shape a scalable contracting engine from our HQ in Waltham, MA, with flexibility for remote work two days per week.

The role requires 12+ years in enterprise SaaS or AI-enabled tech, strong B2B and channel contract negotiation, and a track record of building high-performance legal teams ready to support a global GTM strategy.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house with enterprise SaaS or AI-enabled tech.
• Extensive experience negotiating complex B2B sales and channel contracts, including regulated/public sector environments.
• Proven ability to scale and develop a high-performing legal team.
• JD and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; international experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small but high-performing commercial legal team, covering strategic and enterprise transactions globally.
• Advise Sales, Channel, and cross-functional leadership on legal strategy and risk.
• Shape and execute on a scalable contracting engine and GTM enablement.
• Oversee regulatory compliance for public sector and education contracting; manage international deals.
