Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in commercial operations, contract management, deal desk, procurement, or legal roles.
• Strong contractual judgment and ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment.
• Competitive compensation tailored to experience and flexible fully remote work arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft customer agreements, exercising direct negotiation authority while balancing commercial and legal risk.
• Manage vendor onboarding, security questionnaires, and due diligence requests, representing Evolver as vendor to customers.
• Support RFP/RFI processes end-to-end and maintain accurate contract records in tracking systems.
