You’re driven, resourceful, and remarkably smart.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and targeting prospective new business leads, working with our organizational team to drive the success of current customer’s business growth. As the Sr. Director of Business Development – Market Access Solutions, you will drive customer success for Deployment Solutions and Syneos Health overall with local, regional, and global accounts. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying prospective customer needs and determining strategies, tactics, resources, and personnel required to address these needs.
  2. Reviewing and managing pipeline information and customer relationships with competitors to identify new business leads, growth opportunities, or future market trends.
  3. Documenting all activities in the customer relationship management system for management oversight.
  4. Mentoring, training, managing, and developing members of the Business Development team.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Business or Life Sciences.
  • 5-7+ years in Market Access and/or Patient Support services.
  • Experience with launch and mature brands.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple sales strategies in a B2B, consultative sales environment.

Desired qualifications:

  • 8+ years’ experience in the life sciences industry in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Experience selling to pharmaceutical industry decision-makers.
