We are a digital marketing agency specializing in omnichannel performance marketing and full-funnel growth strategies. Our core services include paid media management across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest, whitelisting partnerships, creative development, and detailed funnel audits, supported by broader strategic consulting to drive growth at every stage of the customer journey. While we work across a range of industries, our deep expertise in the conscious consumer space gives our clients a distinct advantage in reaching and scaling with values-driven audiences.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Partnerships/Sales Director or Senior Partnerships/Sales Manager to drive new business growth at Everkind Digital. You will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with brands across a range of industries.

You don't need to be a marketing expert, but you should have a strong understanding of the digital marketing funnel and the challenges brands face when scaling performance. This is a senior role best suited to a true sales specialist who thrives on relationship-building, has a proactive approach to networking, and is deeply familiar with the conscious consumer landscape.

While not required, a network of relevant industry contacts would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to pitching, negotiating, and closing new client contracts
  • Identify and connect with mission-driven brands across sustainability, health, wellness, longevity, fashion, beauty, and consumer goods
  • Position Everkind Digital’s digital marketing services to meet the unique needs of each brand
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust, performance, and shared values
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to foster relationships and generate new leads
  • Collaborate with leadership and creative teams to tailor proposals and pitch decks
  • Maintain a strong, organized sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed growth targets
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging brands, and shifts in the conscious consumer market

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of professional sales experience, ideally in an agency or consultancy
  • Deep familiarity with the conscious consumer space, with experience working with brands in sectors such as sustainable fashion, wellness, health, beauty, or ethical CPG
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, growth strategies, and performance-driven client needs
  • Proven ability to source, nurture, and close brand partnerships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to attend events, conferences, and client meetings where needed to strengthen relationships and drive growth
  • Based in the United States and familiar with the North American market
