Job summary

First Command Bank is seeking a Consumer Banking Product Solutions Director to guide the strategy and lifecycle of consumer deposit, lending, and payment products for military families and other key segments. You will partner with enterprise and bank leadership to deliver valued, compliant solutions and drive portfolio growth across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive banking or financial services experience with consumer banking product ownership.
• Strong knowledge of consumer banking economics, pricing, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience leading cross-functional product launches in a regulated financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage consumer banking product strategies, roadmaps, and value propositions.
• Own lifecycle of deposits, lending, and payments products, including launches and enhancements.
• Assess client needs, competition, rates, tech trends, and regulations to set priorities.
• Monitor growth, utilization, revenue, margins, and client experience across portfolios.
• Collaborate on pricing, forecasts, and profitability strategies balancing value and risk.
• Lead cross-functional product launches with implementation, communications, and training.
