Qualifikationen

• Doctorate with 4+ years analytics experience and 4 years of managerial experience.
• Master's with 8+ years analytics experience and 4 years leadership.
• Bachelor's with 10+ years analytics experience and 4 years leadership.
• Experience leading commercial analytics across multiple brands.
• Experience introducing AI capabilities into workflows, including user enablement and change management.
• Agile, adaptable and hands-on leadership style.
• Experience in Oncology or specialty launch planning.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical secondary data (claims, sales, patient data).
• Ability to translate data into business implications for senior leaders.
