Job summary

Amgen seeks a Senior Director of Commercial Analytics to lead analytics across Oncology brands, guiding growth opportunities, market insights, and launch decisions. You’ll shape AI-enabled workflows, partner with data science and field teams, and drive governance, quality, and compliance while building a high-performing, inclusive team.

You will report to the Executive Director, Business Analytics and Insights, coordinating with Market Research, Forecasting, and Commercial teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s with analytics/reporting experience and leadership experience.
• Experience leading commercial analytics across multiple pharma/biotech brands.
• Experience introducing AI capabilities into business workflows and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics to inform growth opportunities and launch decisions.
• Oversee analytics planning, budgeting, and resource allocation across brands.
• Drive AI enablement and adoption with stakeholders and technology partners.
• Manage change and coach teams for data-driven decision making and governance.
• Guide analytics across demand, market share, patient journeys, and launch planning.
• Communicate insights and strategic implications to senior leaders.
